Look, what happens is you make friendly chit chat and if you 'click' they'll be more friendly and open for more than a brief encounter. Maybe you have similar hobbies or careers. Point is they will encourage more conversation if they are remotely interested. Your job is to give a good first impression. Women get hit on all day long, most at least, so you need to stand out. 1	Lowest Paying College Degrees. Ironically enough, nearly all of these are female-dominated. The "wage gap" is not as real as it seems. This topic shows up in here a lot and I was under the impression the wage gap stats were adjusted for education level, job title, location, ect.
