If you want to think about it another way, is any of the energy that you are spending worried about whether their attorney is ethical helping you get more time with your child? 5	Question for attorneys - why would you take an unethical case? How does she know that she’s doing harm? She doesn’t know anything besides what she has been told, and there are plenty of cases out there where taking away custody might be the exact right thing to do. You’re presuming that she has full information on the situation from both yours and your wife’s lived experience. Stop doing that and it will make more sense.	/r/Divorce_Men	15/12/25 09:34 PM
4	Cohabitate, how tough it is? You might not be able to kick her out but what you might be able to do is start charging her rent. Depending on where you are, you would likely be able to charge her market based rent and have her sign an agreement.
