1	I was coaxed into a cab by a girl who I lost my virginity to. We went to my house I was blacked out and during sex she removed the condom and we are now pregnant. I'm talking court of law here. If he had the where-with-all to "make sure" he had a condom on, it's consent pure & simple. (& also defeat the claim of diminished capacity due to alcohol consumption). Yeah, it doesn't sound like you have much of a case to claim rape. BUT, i would pursue this immediately while the information is fresh in your mind & in the mind of any others who might have seen how drunk you were or the events begin to unfold (you getting in the taxi with her) It's a long shot, but by gathering all the evidence (testimony) & making the claim NOW, & not later, it makes the claim at least SEEM more valid.
