There is footage from all over Ukraine every day. Including some shifty recruiting, but nothing like what you claim. Why?

You’re forgetting the one main part of the argument. The child has no choice in the matter. None. Your logic is ridiculously broken. I want to take away your choice because you are taking away mine? What are you, 6? Grow up.

HR is there to limit the company’s liability, not to help you. You need documentation and recordings to protect yourself. Consult a lawyer prior to recording. Also become very familiar with company policy. You’d be surprised about how much policy can become a defecto defense. Either way, this is a no-win situation. You can’t show damages, since you aren’t the one deign discriminated against. Document and stand by. If she does fire you for a ridiculous reason, then lawyer up and get a nice payday…

This is not the way. Don’t get me wrong. Years off shitty feminism and crappy male role models have damaged our society. I agree a young man must be careful about trusting a prospective partner. This is true regardless of gender. However, there are good people in the world. Just exercise caution. Everyone deserves a partner who can truly understand them.

Saudi Arabia. Most of the third world. All of the oppressive regimes that regard women as property or lesser. Places where institutionalized rape is allowed. The world overall is a hostile place. Feminists are very much needed there. look at Iran right now. Women are dying for freedoms that western women have. It’s really sad. For the western countries, humanism is much more relevant. We shouldn’t need a gendered rights group.

Record everything. Using 5%(or less) of men as a justification for misandry is garbage behavior. That’s the time we live in. The antidote is to record everything, imho. Your behavior will speak for itself, as will the radical feminists…

It’s an optimal stopping problem. As soon as you find a candidate that checks all the boxes you should stop avs hire them. Otherwise you’re statistically likely to waste time effort. The problem isn’t that. It’s when the checkboxes include things that have nothing to do with the job.

Marriage is hard. Women have better support structures, so they are more likely to initiate a divorce. They will have their friends to support them. Friends who typically treat men as replaceable. Men on the other hand tend to encourage other men to work harder, try harder and stay together. We don’t treat women like temporary resources, like they do to us.

Right but the child needs exist regardless of who made the decision to keep or abort the child. The child is a result of the actions of both parents and has absolutely no control over the outcome. Therefore, by virtue of the initial decision to risk pregnancy, both parents are responsible. The child is a party. It’s not irrelevant just because one parent decides to try to erase it. I don’t see why this is hard to understand. You can’t cause a human to not exist by deciding that they don’t. Your …

Didn't happen in Canada, and I've never heard of it. The doctor will interview you and attempt to determine if your request is coming from a mentally healthy point of view. They want to ensure you won't have massive regret. The younger you are, the more resistance you'll get. But there's no consent. Absolutely stupid.

I don't. Why is wage disparity the responsibility of one over the other? In cases where there are costs, such as kids or joint debt then sure. But that should be specific. Something like "one pays x a month directly to joint debt". How is free money for nothing fair?

Too bad he likely will never see the post. If he did, the judge might not take too kindly to her gaming the system. We live in a time of horrendous double standards. Do women not see how lame they sound when they say this stuff? They devalue women as equals and instead depend on becoming victims when relationships break down. It's pathetic. It's time alimony went away. We're taking about fully grown adults here. There should not be any obligation to support the other after the relationship disso…

Looking at the case of Bob Martin, the 39-year-old RE teacher and father of two, jailed for 32 months and placed on the sex offenders' register for sleeping with a 15-year-old female pupil, do we seriously think that a male teachers sleeping with a female pupil is on a par with a female teacher sleeping with a boy pupil? I don't. And neither, I'd wager, would most 15-year-old girls. The issue shouldn't be taken lightly. All teachers, female and male, are in a position of trust and should not abu…

I didn't deride your argument, I rebuffed it. That's how logic works. You haven't pointed out errors in my logic, you've made a series of ancillary assumptions that you assume buttresses your argument. A classic fallacy. So you actually believe that "removing himself" will have no impact on the child? You are just plain wrong. Good day. Ps. Argumentation isn't grammatically correct where you've used it.
/r/MensRights15/10/13 10:10 PM

So what is the option for the op? Are you saying he should stop paying? Or just that this is unjust. Congrats, captain obvious.
/r/MensRights15/10/13 09:53 PM

The assertion that removing himself will have an impact on the child is an unwarrented assumption in your argument. You live in a self-rationalized delusion. I hope you never have children. Good day. Ps. It's unwarranted, not unwarrented.
/r/MensRights15/10/13 09:50 PM

Sorry, crossed threads. Somebody was arguing that the father should walk away. We agree on that point. I just wanted to point out that there's a second victim here. I hardly think that makes me a troll. It may indicate you don't understand my point though...
/r/MensRights15/10/13 09:03 PM
-1

None of that is alleged. The op only stated that he had to pay more. You're making shit up to fit your argument. Since your whole argument depends on this 'abuse' that you claim but isn't in evidence, you fail. Dumb argument.
/r/MensRights15/10/13 08:57 PM

Well of course the mother should get support from the biological dad. Nobody is saying otherwise. What I am saying is that punishing your own kid for a shitty situation makes you a terrible person. Grow up and get a clue, or at least learn to follow an augment.
/r/MensRights15/10/13 08:55 PM
-1

Your argument assumes all kinds of external pressures and is super weak. First off, we're not talking about abuse. Having another kid isn't abusive in nature. That's disingenuous. Secondly, if you're a father who abandons your kid to an abusive situation over money, then fuck you. Wait no. FUCK YOU. There. That's the right approach. Blaming the government for anything is weak and childish.

That's not technically true. I suspect you aren't very well versed and should probably educate yourself a little better. The act of denying access goes towards fitness in general and could easily effect the assignment of custody and therefore support. That being said, the welfare of the child comes first in Canada. Neither aspect is taken in isolation, but neither holds much weight in the determination of the best interests of the child, regardless. That's something this subReddit never seems to…

You can't expect the mentally ill to follow societies rules. Men or women. They will victimize each other. In fact, shelters need to work hard to protect each client from another. There is more need than there is help for both sexes. If you don't believe me, you haven't done the research...
/r/MensRights19/11/12 12:50 AM

/r/MensRights17/11/12 08:20 PM

You can hardly advocate mandating that the government be able to force the termination of a pregnancy and walk away from touching on Eugenics. It's a slippery slope. Keep in mind you're activating state mandated abortion for financial reasons. You then turn around and say if you can't get that then the taxpayer should shoulder the responsibility. I have an idea. If you're not willing to take the risk of having a child, then don't have sex. Otherwise, quit trying to pretend the child doesn't exis…
/r/MensRights17/11/12 06:35 PM
3

So you're basically arguing eugenics. That might work for national socialism, but here in our time it's untenable for so many reasons. I'd suggest that you are so far from the actual issue that this conversation is a waste of time.
/r/MensRights17/11/12 04:06 PM
2

Now you want the government to terminate pregnancies. Can you not see why this argument is ridiculous? While we continue to focus on the parent's rights the argument becomes basically about who will pay support in the future...
/r/MensRights14/11/12 12:47 AM
2

Your argument is essentially that society should pay and that that is the complete and total value of a father. Classic misandry. Men are just money to you.
/r/MensRights13/11/12 11:03 PM
1

Direct parental involvement improves almost all indicators: http://scholar.google.ca/scholar?q=children+development+parental+involvement+research&hl=en&as_sdt=0&as_vis=1&oi=scholart&sa=X&ei=rNCiUIz9KuOZiAKwroDgDQ&ved=0CBsQgQMwAA There's tons and tons of studies. Your experience is essentially irrelevant. You don't make policies on individual experiences. You do it on data for the good of society.
/r/MensRights13/11/12 11:00 PM
1

Since you seem to believe you have a grip on logic, what argument is it when you seize on anecdotal evidence and ignore the research? Your own experience actually proves my point
/r/MensRights13/11/12 02:54 PM
3

This is a ridiculous point. Thanks for helping people to see how stupid your position actually is.
/r/MensRights13/11/12 02:52 PM
2

Ask her if she minds if you kick her not very hard right now...
/r/MensRights09/11/12 02:47 AM
1

Tell that to the kid with no dad. Oh wait, you don't want to.
/r/MensRights08/11/12 02:21 PM
3

So your point is that the tax payer should be responsible every time you whip your dick out. Do you know how stupid that sounds?
/r/MensRights08/11/12 02:20 PM
0

Neither parent should be allowed to abandon the child. Regardless of their bullshit excuses.
/r/MensRights04/11/12 12:09 AM
1

So your answer is that the state assumes responsibility for the child? This is so asinine. The state cannot possibly provide the things a child needs. I find your point of view self serving and childish at best.
/r/MensRights03/11/12 08:26 PM
2

You argue everything but the actual point. The argument is whether a father should be able to opt-out of being a parent. I've repeatedly asked you how exactly a child opts out of you being its father. You can't answer, and that is exactly the point. I have suggested that the solution lies in actual equality before the courts between parents. If women didn't automatically gain custody, this would be a much more balanced argument where the defenseless child would be the actual issue, as it should …
/r/MensRights03/11/12 07:45 PM
1

Again, you're only looking at a monetary argument. Children have much more expansive needs through no fault of their own. Does the sperm somehow magically get into the woman? No. You make a choice. You live with the consequences. Not that I'm defending the misandry that is the justice system in some many places. I'm just saying that both side show a serious lack of wisdom and intelligence by choosing to ignore the poor kid that gets fucked by their immaturity and stupidity.
/r/MensRights03/11/12 07:17 PM
2

So you discount entirely one of the three parties in the matter? Pretending the child isn't there or doesn't have rights won't change it's existence.
/r/MensRights03/11/12 06:11 PM
1

So how does the child abort? Ignoring the child doesn't make them go away...
/r/MensRights03/11/12 08:43 AM
0

Opt-out ignores the child entirely. Its crazy. To pretend like the only parties to the matter are the parents is asinine. What you actually want is actually fair and balanced custody hearings where there is no presumption of the mother winning. That would stop a lot of the shenanigans you're speaking of. In fact, needing child support in order to live yourself should call in to question a parent's fitness to be one immediately.
/r/MensRights03/11/12 08:42 AM
2

You address the rights of the parent. You ignore the rights of the child.
/r/MensRights03/11/12 08:37 AM
2

The child is a person. Better yet a defenceless completely helpless person. How can you not get that?
/r/MensRights03/11/12 06:47 AM
1

Big-time. I paid a heavy price to gain custody of my son. Despite overwhelming evidence that I was a much more fit parent. If it was even, these baby factory women would be screwed in court. Kids need an effective patent who contributes to society as a role model.
/r/MensRights03/11/12 05:45 AM
2

Essentially I agree with you. The first thing that needs to change is the assumption that the mother gets automatic custody. For instance, a non-working mother choosing to have a child is already exhibiting bad judgement.
/r/MensRights03/11/12 05:40 AM
2

None of those choices are the child's. Find out strange all you want. It is the only point that matters.
/r/MensRights03/11/12 05:39 AM
0

People don't. The child they fathered does. You completely missed the point and made it about money. Children suffer because of people like you.
/r/MensRights03/11/12 05:37 AM
1

I agree with that essentially. Since I was a single father for eight years, I talk the talk and walk the walk. What needs to change is the presumption that the mother gets automatic custody.
/r/MensRights03/11/12 05:36 AM
1

You miss the point entirely. Way to make children's rights all about money though. Good job.
/r/MensRights03/11/12 05:34 AM
1

Your retort ignores the point entirely.
/r/MensRights03/11/12 05:33 AM

The position of the point means nothing. The woman also needs to put the child first. Nobody seems to get that.
/r/MensRights03/11/12 05:33 AM

Every single justification I've ever read completely ignores the CHILD. The kid did nothing to deserve being unwanted. How do you possibly ignore that? Nobody wins in this hypothetical situation, but there is one clear loser.

Did you even read the original article and sources? Stop wasting my time with a useless misguided point. http://scholar.google.ca/scholar?q=gendercide&hl=en&as_sdt=0&as_vis=1&oi=scholart&sa=X&ei=lL-JUMevDY_ligLAzoDgBQ&ved=0CB4QgQMwAA

That's a pretty weak attack. I totally disagree. Western nations are the benchmark by virtue of advanced medicine and socioeconomic conditions. The argument that boys are not likely to die in westernized nations is pure conjecture and write ridiculous. Any evidence?

The stats don't agree. I don't care much for this website, but their research is good: http://www.allgirlsallowed.org/gendercide-china-statistics

Feminism brought us women's suffrage? Won't they be embarrassed... this is barely literate attempted goon speak. Probably to impress someone.

Real alpha males stand up to injustice in all its forms. Also pop is weak. Does he mean punch? Why use baby talk? ;)

File an insurance claim. The insurance company will get involved. That will at least give you a legal record. You should immediately file for full custody as well. Violence like that is not in the best interest of your kids.

If this ever happens to you again, call the police. In my humble opinion, this woman is impersonating a police officer in action. I'm sorry this happened to you. It's crap. She isn't standing up for kids, she's teaching your kids to mistrust you.

Sure. Until the child is born and has individual rights regardless of the parents. Apples and oranges.

Parental surrender isn't either. If the father had an equal right to force an actual abortion, then the argument would be internally consistent. Parental surrender is not equivalent, therefore that rebuttal fails as does my argument. Likewise, parental surrender must be an available option to the mother. Which, through adoption, one could argue it is.

Paternal surrender needs to be view in the context of the rights and future of the child that will have no part in either decision. When you look at it from that point of view, paternal surrender sounds a lot like trying to go back in time to put a condom on.

Sure, the NHS is a burden to everyone. It's also accessable to everyone. The american system on the other hand is inaccessible to most and is also a burden to most. Check where your taxes are spend. You're being robbed blind and you're dumb enough to spout the propaganda that enables it... Assuming you're american of course.

I guess that assessing risk based on behavior is sexism by definition. What I don't understand is why that is OK, but racial profiling is not...

I love how everyone beats around the bush and throws up "on the face of it, it's not" arguments. Bullshit. Fully acknowledged complete double standard.

If this was a man hitting a woman this way, the camera crew would have intervened. If not, the police would have been called. If not there would already be charges or at least some actual repercussion. The guy wouldn't even be able to get out of his house for all the press and negative attention. Double standards suck.

You help me make my point. You're so focused on my picture statement that my original point gets lost. Thus making my point on why the picture issue is dumbass. See my comment to the OP in this thread. Care to comment on the actual point I did make?

It's a dumb move because it's low hanging fruit for them to side track the issue with. They get to turn the issue into you taking pictures instead of the actual issue. You don't need to take pictures to complain about kids not being let in before 8:45, you can simply make your point by describing the problem. I'm not saying you shouldn't take pics. I'm saying it's a dumb moves because it actually distracts from your argument. That being said, I do agree there isn't any reasonable expectation of …

Not back down in what way? Make an even more stupid complaint to the police that you talked to a reporter? Go to the press. Admit that taking pictures of other peoples kids is probably a dumb move. Time to visit the school board and make friends with some board members. Failing that, get elected and then we'll see...
