11	Father who beat man to death for raping his five year old daughter faces no charges in Texas: Fathers have a natural right to defend their children. I'm not against the appeals process. I'm just against using cost as an argument. What if they made it cheaper to execute? That wouldn't sway me towards that side. It's cheaper because of our judicial system, all the appeals and lawyer fees. So I've never really put much stock in that argument.
