A teenager is defined as anyone whose age has the suffix '-teen'. Which is ages 13-19, since the word 19 is spelled as 'nineteen' and ends with the suffix 'teen' which qualifies 19 year olds as teenagers. Newsflash, your prefrontal cortex doesn't finish developing until your late 20's to early 30's which helps a lot with proper risk assessment. 3	Anesthesiologist berates sedated patient and gets sued I shadowed some surgeons for a while. As soon as the patient is out, their demeanor totally changes, "What the fuck is this thing?
