I can remove the ones with 2 hooks fine with my left hand while I'm in front of the girl, but the ones with 3 hooks require both hands, and those with 4 are a fucking pain in the ass. Also, this is honestly not much of a problem; as the others said, just focus on something else and she'll eventually take it off herself if you really can't do it.
