1	Field Report: Gym Get a gym buddy dude. In my experience it makes going to the gym far more productive and less monotonous. Plus you have someone to spot you and once your T levels start getting elevated (never skip out on squats!) you wind up feeding off each other's energy and pushing each other further than you likely could alone.
