Your first point is mostly true. Your second point isn't. I assume you are living in a Western culture, although I might be wrong. I have lived in a few non-Western cultures, where advice given in RP would not be of much use. Women have natural biological tendencies, but culture plays a factor. What about my post did you find "soft hearted?" I am not against game theory, but it doesn't always work. Not everything is a black and white or for that matter a game with winners and losers. And try to reply like an adult next time, instead of an indignant 7th grader. We're having a discussion here, no need to lose your temper about it.

How does that apply to scenarios where sex is non-competitive in history, such as in hunter/gatherer societies where multiple partner scenarios were common? Is everyone competitive? Number 1 is still fine. If you are dead, you are by definition no longer competing.

I have not been here long, just came by in passing I think some of what is said here has value, but a lot of it overemphasizes sex in a relationship or blanket notions about masculine identity.
