Hey, interesting post OP. Can you elaborate on where you draw the line for #4, the media-connection-hungry chick? I have a hard time doing that myself.

Print it on a t-shirt, wear it when she gets home. If she asks any questions say "you like that picture" with a smirk. Wear it outside, with her friends.

This reminds me of bipolar symptoms. Being in a Manic state can be very "Alpha-esque", confident, somewhat delusional, won't reconsider his actions, good at rationalizing philosophical opinions (ie. I should die) Then being in a depressive state can lead to serious suicidal thoughts. I personally assure you that with medical help (ideally a Psychiatrist) he can get trough it and in two years, be very happy to be alive.

My best advice is to smile, and if you don't know what to say to the people you barely know, ask them open questions in context with what's happening. Here's a few easy ones: How did they choose their outfits? Who's the best/worst dancer right now? What are their plans for the summer? Happily joke about other people's outfits, very easy small talk. "wow this guy looks like a James Bond villain with this suit" But then again, my best advice is to smile.

start hanging out with quality people before chasing girls. Then you'll make friends. My bros bring much more to my life than the girls I have sex with.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
