Aren't there memos you can have the driver address on his way over? When i took uber to get my pc fixed, i let all the drivers know i had an enormous pc tower and they accommodated accordingly. I feel like it was on her, the driver cant predict your bmi.

I used to hate talking to my bitchy HR/shipping lady, she normally has no inside voice since she communicates with the warehouse crew from her window. Every time we've had an argument, I would reduce the volume of my voice and treat her like I'm talking to a three year old who is having a tantrum. She usually struggles to downshift but ultimately complies as I keep calm and she finds herself being too emotional. We don't annoy each other as much these days.
