sometimes yes and sometimes no. blanket statements like that don't help anything but make /MR look dumb and ignorant. that same thinking was why moms used to be the stated default care provider.

the courts weigh all sorts of crap in deciding child support, custody, etc. all sorts of information gets presented to the court. job, job hours, parents' ages, support systems (family), neighborhoods, relationships, and the child's wishes....

(1) parents w/more money aren't necessarily the better parents. that's like saying rich parents are better parents than poor parents.....super untrue. (2) it isn't "kidnapping aka custody"...kidnapping is a defined crime.

Because it's jezebel, I generally assume it's a pile of lies. But the "author" notes "63.3% of male Men's Health readers said they'd be pissed off if their wives decided not to take their names." I find it hard to believe that Mens Health had a poll, and an answer choice was "I'd be pissed off", and I am curious about finding the poll. I can't seem to find with with basic search terms. Helps?
