3	Thoughts on Ayn Rand? Your English teachers are probably feminist because academics today tend to be feminists. It has nothing to do with Ayn Rand. That being said, Ayn Rand is okay, but her work is pretty heavily criticized philosophically to be honest. Right now, the best candidates would probably all be white and Asian men. But it might be because they're the only ones given the tools that they need to succeed, and when we allow them to dominate the economic landscape, then other groups will continue to be left out (since "the playing field is not even"). I don't think it's wrong or inconsistent for her to say this, whether you flip the races or not. If she's looking for diversity, it doesn't matter if the executives are all white, black, Jews, etc. Maybe she would have had a complaint in any of these scenarios. 1	30 year old female teacher had sex around 50 times with a 15 year old male student and faces only 250 hours of community work. What if it was a male teacher and a female student? I don't see how a 15 year old would be more capable of consenting with a 20 year old than a 30 year old. I'm not saying this; I'm saying the 15 year old isn't capable of consenting to either. What it does not depend on is the age of their partner. The reason I disagree is because the age difference is what makes the situation potentially abusive/manipulative. Anyone who thinks that a 15 year old is in any way emotionally capable of consenting to a 30 year old is straight up out of their mind.
