TBH you shouldn't be worried about that bit, do you want to improve yourself or the OP?

Always use image scrubbers prior to upload on the Internet Imgur scrubs a lot of this data for you. I would suggest to use it over any other hosting service.

There's like a dozen loopholes in this, and by the style of writing it's clearly made up. How the fuck is this guy an EC, for contributing fiction?

I've never been to a martial arts class but the "Judo" studio near my house has a decent-ish weight set and does have a couple of days of lifting (well, at least bench pressing, which was what I saw the day I went there) in their program. Point I'm trying to make is if you don't practice martial arts from Youtube and go to a real class you would be lifting alongside the martial arts practice.

Are you only considering the time spent lifting or stretching/cardio and all combined? Because with 20 minutes of cardio and 10 stretching it leaves just 30 for the actual workout.

I graduated with a 4 year engineering degree at 21, I was put in school at the age of three and started college at the age of 17. OP's thing isn't a big deal, although I'm not in the US.

Maybe I missed it because I just skimmed over the write up for now and saved for later, but how much time did it take for you to fix this stuff? Also what was the frequency and times at which you did these corrective stretches?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
