Holy shit. I forgot that fear of entering the home.... Jesus what we have lived through 🤣🤣 and yes, I knew that wasn't a good thing to feel at the time... And yes she became a monster during divorce and still is absolutely the worst you could wish to divorce from.

Dude, you are paying publicly. It's like shouting in the street.

The divorce process will naturally send both parties in the correct direction if they are reasonable people and want to be good parents. Document, but don't impede your wife, let her be the best mother she can be, it has taken this to make it, but children need both parents in their lives. Remember the child has the right to know and love both of you. Best wishes

I get to use my favourite saying again.... If you get bit by a snake, you don't follow the snake around telling it how much it hurt you... You get the fuck away from the snake! She wants to hurt you, you telling her just makes her happier. At your own expense. Start thinking of her as nothing. Only a snake, and forget that snake, lest you get bitten again! Stay strong, and move on. She hurt you, now go out and be the best version of yourself. That's how you win. Good luck.

Sorry to hear this, but as the other guys said, don't let her know it hurt you. That way she wins the game. She gets the satisfaction of knowing she hurt you. Don't let her have it. The smell would be gone eventually anyway, but the physical items always will exist. Find a nice perfume or child scent, and gift it to the memory of your child. Create a new scent that brings you peace when you smell it. I sincerely wish you the best, and a lot of healing. Stay strong.

Also, I fully agree with you about the cheating thing, although that wasn't the issue in our divorce. I got my divorce because she kept my child and me in a foreign country for 2.5y and wouldn't let our child meet my family. I had enough and took her for 4 days, when I came back, she had moved out, then took our child and hid her from me, until I got the police and justice involved enough to get my daughter back.

To be honest I got off lucky, where I live, I don't have to pay alimony and all my assets prior to marriage remain fully mine. But the child custody situation is poor to say the least. I got access back to my child but only 5 days out of every 2 weeks, whilst she lives with her parents in poor conditions, but this country is very pro mother..... I will press the judge to be pro child instead. I have enough evidence of how my daughter is deeply unhappy going to the mothers house. I will urge the …

Well I got something out of it, yes, but, at what cost? I'd rather never have to deal with the horrible snake ever again after everything she did to me. Any man who can get out with only his pocket being touched and no the right to see his kids... Is a lucky man. You can see your child when the judge says so *Proceeds to do all she can to break and prevent me having a relationship with our daughter * She failed, but at what cost to my mental health? I wish her a long life!

We aren't lucky. I wish I never had to deal with my snake of an ex ever again, but we share a kid. I wish every day I never had to see her again. But... There is a kid. I don't get why divorce affects men so much, if there are no children involved. You are lucky to have that situation. Very lucky.

I'm sorry but lucky you, no kids to fight over. You get a fresh start. You'll be OK.

Don't worry about asking a snake why it bites. Get away from the snake.

If found just dating for fun to be a great way to help, it can be a great boost to hear from a woman that you are nice, or funny, or handsome, or quirky, if you've just been hearing that you are a shit for the longest of times. The app bumble is your friend. You don't go into the date with the intention of anything, just have a good time with a woman, and she will compliment you, and you will fly.

Thankfully it's free here in Spain, well I say free... We pay 300€ per month for pension / healthcare, so I don't mind the cost. I think I'll go for local also, just might be odd having my balls fondled by a medical team whilst I'm awake, but that's fine by me. I downloaded the books by the way, thanks for the reading suggestion.

You are so right that you should write a book. The more you give the less they respect you. Wow.... And the asshole that give nothing are worshipped, it's bloody true. I can see it in her past relationships, she was with absolute losers, who actually fleeced her (one managed to get her to give him 800€ to fix his BMW) and she was heartbroken when he dumped her. 😂 Just goes to show, HE played the game correctly, I did not. About the Vasectomy, how was it? What can I expect? I've read some stuff o…

I completely agree with you, but the way the law works in this particular country, is that anything we adquiere whilst married is shared 50/50, but anything before marriage doesn't count. She doesn't get a sniff of the car which was purchased by me pre marriage, or any of the business, as that was formed by me alone in 2015. She literally gets nothing. Perhaps she did miscalculate, but I still don't see why, I've only ever given everything she wanted. She recently wanted to become a photographer…

I completely agree but I don't see what her end game was? We could've been happy, but we needed to be together. She had the choice to stay here or be with me and she chose to stay here. She is choosing a life of poverty, of going back to work, of losing everything she has, and I have no idea for what. She has never spent a single night without our daughter and I've told her how much it hurts and that it'll come back around to her.... But she doesn't believe it, she's delusional, my lawyer alread…

Wow.... I'm sorry to hear your story but totally understand, this is literally identical. Fortunately for me I have lawyered up with a very good and expensive lawyer and I hope to make sure my rights are defended. My wife is constantly taking my daughter around to her mums house where she just watches TV, her teenage brothers just play video games, no stimulation or learning, we even moved to a stupid village where there is nothing to do, and 6 months of the year its too cold to even go outside.…
