I actually work at Target and there are plenty of women in the backroom and on the logistics team. Edit, the backroom is at a higher pay grade than sales floor, as well.

So, here are my thoughts. On the criminal case, its entirely possible the county prosecutor legitimately thought it was not worth perusing the case. Going to trial costs money, and, if she loses it looks bad come election day. Not trying to make excuses or anything, just stating her primary goal is to stay in office. Of course, bringing a vandalism case against some poor, defenseless, mother won't help her campaign either. My suggestion: keep doing what you're doing in civil court. Document ever…
