Nothing comes for free. I've gone down the stimulants route and emerged with a-fib and a regular cardiologist appointment. Decide for yourself where your trade-offs are.

Only mistake is that racism is the original sin. That’s not correct. It is the logos of western civilization that is viewed as original sin.

The one thing that you especially got right is that being big is rough. When I competed, I was obese by BMI but I had a six pack at all times. Didn’t matter—I felt like shit, had constant anxiety, and couldn’t control blood pressure. Since then I’ve dropped the gear and about 75lbs and feel way better. These days I work on power to weight ratio.

I don't even think it's lying anymore. The same way that a lot of dudes on here promise themselves they're no longer going to beat their meat but 5 hours later find themselves staring at midget donkey orgy 14, they just can't help themselves. People believe a lot of things tentatively that aren't really true.

The morality police never dies. CasaDeFranco is 100% right. When I was young I took long hours and less pay to grow fast. My young employees are doing the same thing--they ride a rocketship that will forever make them better than their peers. Some will go on to be like me. Want to see people taken advantage of? Plop them into an F500--2% annual increases and small promotions every decade.

The word judge literally means to form an opinion about something. So if your obese ass walks into the gym and you catch my eye, I'm not a slug; I have a brain and thoughts; I'm going to judge you. That aside, all I care about is that you're not taking up whatever equipment I need next and I'll be kind to you if we interact.

So to me this feels a lot like something the fat acceptance types would say: it's all relative, everyone is worthy, there is no objective measure, everyone is beautiful. Well there are objective measures of dominance and they exist outside of your own determination of your self-worth. You probably should feel weak and insecure compared to someone in the 1000lbs club if your own physique is far below his, but let's not limit it to just that. If you're ass-ugly in a room of models, broke in a room…

Eggs have choline, good for brain. Cholesterol in eggs is esterified and the body cannot even absorb it. Sweet potato is low on GI, white potato is high. Fructose without fiber is straight sugar, which is high on GI.

I think gear makes you more of what you are. I'm a laid back guy; when I run tren, I'm a rock and nothing stresses me. Other guys rage maybe because they're angry to begin with. The mental effects seem to be exaggerated. People talk about feeling like godlike--all I got was results in the gym, a better sex drive, and needing less sleep.

It's impossible to get too big without gear. This is about as big as you'll be able to get naturally. Been there, done that. I got to a point where I would increase size on a bulk and then lose everything getting into contest shape. The only people that are going to get "too big" are fat fucks. A lean, natural man will always be the perfect size.

The ability to grind is a rare skill that I can barely find when hiring. Having it makes you rare. The grinding dumb guy will achieve more than the lazy smart guy. Hopefully you're smart enough to grind for yourself and not others. Busting your blue collar ass for the man won't profit you anything.

I bought a Blendtec blender after watching those YouTube videos where they blend iPhones and concrete with it. I keep putting crazy shit in there to see where the breaking point is. The more I shit test my blender, the more impressed I become with it. And the harder I shit test it. Someday I'll break it, get another one, and stop caring about it. It's hard to not break. No surprise. Women have value by default and will reproduce without taking risks most of the time. The opposite is true for men which is where risk taking, creativity, and innovation comes from. College students suffer from the motivation problem. Everyone starts out motivated to get a good grade and all it takes is one party or one bad quiz to discourage them. When you're lifting and dieting for a better physique, you know that a few days of intense motivated effort won't translate into shit. It's discipline over the long term that yields results. My success at the university was a direct replica of how I built my physique--I figured out what was important and gave that the same number…

You must be my reflection. In a few days I've re-built what entire teams of people spent months working on. When it comes to writing software, I've never found my equal. Understanding that a woman would hamster this is a key part of swallowing the pill. Part of the unplugging is realizing and accepting why women have the ability to dissociate and rationalize. You can be angry at these Machiavellian survival instincts but they're there and their presence is something an RP man has to expect.

This was me earlier in life. Everyone has to learn the hard way. The best advice from someone who has been there/done that: drop the LDR; forget her. If Brad Pitt was asking her to come back to Assfuckville, Arkansas she would be on the next flight.

The most freeing thing in life is complete abundance mentality, not just when it comes to women. If I lost everything tomorrow it would suck but I would go on; I would rebuild. Your girl can leave you at any time. Your kid can die crossing the street. You could be texting your plate and get into a car accident where your legs get cleaved off. Nothing is permanent, "lifelong" friends included. The key step for me was accepting that the only person I need is myself and that I can count on a single…

The mentality of how you act around a lower SMV woman is a brilliant piece of advice. Before I found TRP, I would pretend that the girl was overweight because it helped me not be so damn clingy and touchy. Smooth salesmen fleece people all the time because true confidence trumps a lot of other flags someone would evaluate. If you have the mindset that she's below you, then a creature that naturally fills its container (aka a woman) will believe it.

I would argue that trying to liberate and save the masses, friends included, is blue pill behavior. Don't pedestalize other people; let them fend for themselves. TRP knows that every relationship is transactional--if you're not winning then you're losing. Following from this, stop trying to give them so much of your hard-earned knowledge.

Lighter skin is bad for fitness because the sun damages it more hence more skin cancer. Even the inuit are brownish. Europe is the only place on Earth where the warm Baltic current made agriculture possible, which translated into a diet that was increasingly based on wheat. Such a diet contains less vitamin D and thus light skin was selected for as it maximizes vitamin D production despite the fact that it also increases the prevalence of skin cancer.

You've spent less money to have more and better sex than most men can dream of. Well done there. But you have to get lean. Life is so much better when you're not carrying all that extra shit around. Prepare your mind for the fact that it will take 2-3 years if done properly.

I got straight As through college while working a full-time job and flying to another city every other week. Exactly like cooking, lifting, dressing, grooming, etc. the key is to put in a consistent amount of effort. I spent more time on my physics classes than the english ones, but the amount of effort I put into each was consistent. I also saw a lot of people start strong and lose motivation as soon as they got a single average/bad grade. It was so frequent that I now say: "I don't succeed, I …

People have instincts that cause damage when not restrained. When food was scarce and the supply of it unpredictable, the best thing you could do was store it on your body any time it became available. This instinct is not well-adapted to modern society, causing rampant problems with obesity. A woman's instinct for more access and more resources, if not controlled by a man with strong frame, will devour him and end up destroying him. Before I got serious about bodybuilding, it only took me 4 hours per week in the gym, a jar of protein powder, a $20 food scale, and a little bit of knowledge to naturally attain what they think is so impossible. All you have to be is be a non-dumbass. They can get everything they want if they take two hours and read this. These men aren't confident; they hate themselves; they are weak. Innocent men must be burnt at the stake many more times before the collective consciousness opens its eyes. Islam has rules about women having to be accompanied by a father or husband and furthermore says that a rape occurred if 1) the rapist confesses or 2) there are four male witnesses. Something tells me their culture/society went through the same female machinations that we're going through now and this was their solution.

Relationships are TRP hard mode. I fucked up and got married back in the day. That means my frame has to be rock solid and my game as slick as a greased pig on a hot summer day. You cannot stop working on yourself. I've noticed what you're talking about. Women have parasitic behavior. A woman will try to infiltrate a man's life and suck as much as she can out of him. This is an instinct deep within her because she is the weaker sex and needs resources. If the guy's frame is weak and he caves to her ever-growing list of demands, the cycle you laid out is exactly what happens. This behavior is fundamentally no different than what a ringworm does to the eye. It's stupid parasitic behavior where eventually the…

One of the most important aspects of swallowing the red pill is understanding that you should not respect women. The word respect is defined to be "a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements." There are three aspects here--abilities, qualities, and achievements. No female qualities exist that evoke admiration in the self-actualized man--everything about her aside from child birth exists in a better form in a man. Even the often u…

Any man that thinks marriage in 2016 is a good idea is helpless. Marriage is a shit sandwich for men. TRP should only discuss how to nibble around the breaded parts without touching the turd in the center. I've salvaged my situation by raising my SMV and improving my frame. If anything happens, it's your fault. The modern myth is that humans have inherent worth simply because they exist. White knighting and pedestalization makes women think that this fiction is truth. The standard is so low that you can get into the top 10% by simply unstuffing your face for a few months. All it takes is $40 to get a George Foreman grill and a rice cooker. I've seen pudgy assholes spend more than that on a few drinks. Successful men have always been the ones that took a risk and had it pay off big. Being in an LTR is the best way to develop frame and game. You're living with a hypergamous, resource-extracting person that knows and uses key details about you/against you. There is no middle ground--you either mindfully develop and move into your masculine polarity or you become a whipped beta that gets cut off from sex and eventually divorce raped. Real work is brutal and the compiler doesn't give a fuck about how you feel, which is why women generally suck at development as they take it all to heart. I've worked in this field for a long time and there is zero misogyny; it's just a bunch of awkward dudes staring at screens all day long, which is the nature of the job and what women hate instinctively. Trying to push women into tech validates that they don't belong there.

Real GH is expensive of course but you wouldn't need high doses to achieve a good effect. 1 IU per day is probably plenty. The most important part of a cycle is the diet. That's why you're told to wait until the genetic peak; it implies the diet has been on point long enough to enable success. I carbed up on your copy pasta but this isn't anything new. Yes, if you take DNP Zyzz-style you're going to have a bad time. I'd still like to know what you had in mind when you brought up enzyme levels in the blood and liver because the abstract you pasted doesn't address it.

I'm not following what you mean. Are you saying it's hepatoxic or that it doesn't clear?

I've done DNP several times and never again. It's not worth it. Cutting at the normal 1lb/week is great. Being a sweaty mess, craving loaves of bread, and spooging yellow semen all over girls sucks.

Your advice is accurate. I've been lifting for a long time, off and on gear. For a beginner, this is perfect because the volume is correct, recovery is built into wendler, and a clean bulk will add good tissue. Back when I was a teen, I would've killed a thousand SJWs for a simple 10-page guide that explained everything like you have and debunked bro-science.

I told my doctor that I eat clean, enjoy hiking, riding my bike, and going for walks. At no point did I mention lifting and would have likely denied it if asked; I would have said something stupid like "I don't want to get too big." Once you establish that you're not a gym bro, go Machiavellian. We live in a gynocracy so I based most of my sob story around not being able to please my girl, my depression affecting my girl, etc. Google "Low T Symptoms" and spin your story. At no point did I mentio…

That's not how it works. Your body uses an enzyme to convert test into estrogen. That enzyme is called aromatase. If you take replacement levels of test, you'll be fine and everything will be balanced. If you take superman levels of test like I do, then you have to use another drug to disable aromatase and keep your estrogen at the right level. Low test usually means low estrogen, since your body uses the former to make the latter.

I love bodybuilding and my goal is to get a pro card. My diet, training, and rest/recovery were perfect down to the last gram of food, but I got stuck. I could diet down and get lean, but small. I could bulk and get bigger, but mostly more fat. On top of this, I was interested in sexing my wife twice per month at the most. Side note: do NOT get married. I knew gear was in my future. I wanted to try the legal route first, so I went to the GP and gave the standard symptoms. The blood test came bac…

Born in Soviet Bloc; family immigrated to US in 90s. Father and mother as red pill as they come. My entire life I was told to be a strong man for my family and never yield frame. My own mom says that I need to lead because women's emotions cloud their thinking. Everyone understands how this works and what the transaction entails. It's only here in the western world that people have been so thoroughly fooled. Knowing what I know is fun because I get to walk around and watch everyone else fumble t…
