-1	Proof that when rape is accused, the man is guilty until proven innocent. It took concrete proof to free this man after 22 years who was sent to jail on the mere words of a woman. The council is also fighting to not pay him a cent of the 18M damages he won. I was going to agree with UsingYourWifi that your post makes no sense and you can't be tried twice. But then I thought about all the crazy sentences that have been handed down for as long as I can remember and it doesn't surprise me. Also, lie detector tests aren't admissible but parole isn't a right either. If the judge says you can have parole as long as you take a lie detector test every month your options are either to accept the terms or continue to sit in a smelly ass prison.	/r/MensRights	13/12/10 03:37 PM
