1	F*ck I'm such an awkward mess. This is a really important issue that I believe affects too many folks in all areas of life, not just with women or men. Being in your head instead of being present in the moment and interacting FULLY with the external world will mess with you. I do think that finding some mental model that you work towards in order to get you to 'default' in a better way when being present in whatever situation you find yourself in is important.
