1	Need some perspective on issues in the workplace from fellow Redpillers. My biggest mistake was trusting the interim manager. After he started doing more admin and management work, I took over his old duties. And I do them well. I have a hunch that this write up is just a ploy to deny me a raise when my 9 month review comes up next month. It would take him a lot if time to train someone for that position...
