Good rant, I think it's indicative of the experience a lot of Gen Z men are experiencing in the dating market. I respectfully disagree with the other commenter about Red Pill being dead, granted I understand the nuance of the mechanical advice not being as relevant in a world of women using online dating. A lot of the Red Pill theory is built on timeless stoic methodology, and putting yourself first. You are doing that, focus on building power and influence in the world by keeping your career an…

It’s unfortunate that’s the good points you’re making have to be explicitly communicated to younger guys now a days. But I guess that’s the whole point of this sub. Good comments!

A lot of men on here have moved into LTR/marriages and potentially started a family, and this becomes pretty apparent fast if you let your wife stay home and not work. You’re seeing this sentiment come directly from women all the time, especially in “new adult fiction” or “romantacy” popular books they are all reading. They want to be feminine. The problem is a lot of them are getting taught for k-12 years that women should be independent and handle themselves. Women want to be feminine, but the…

You pair bonded with a chick and she dumped you for a better guy. She wasn’t leaving you in order to secretly create a magic ball of manhood in you or some dumb shit like that. The way you write about it sounds very sing songy, like some dude who dramatized and is singing about his romance in a broadway play. The purpose behind your new mission shouldn’t be because of the “pain I suffered from a breakup” or something like that. You got burned, identified a need to improve yourself, and did it be…

I understand your argument that “competence slays” and it makes sense. This mindset needs to be used with caution by younger men, there are too many men out there that are providing resources and time to women they are interested in thinking that it will get them laid. Young women take advantage of those “helpful, nice guy” men while screwing a hot guy at the same time. You need to already have established your base appeal and frame before helping her fix broken stuff around the house or jump in…

This sounds like an old lady who picked up a tabloid at Walmart and started venting to her girlfriend about Brad Pitt’s ex wife. Why should you care about celebrity drama or whatever they call instagram stars now? Absolutely nothing you see about famous people is real, it’s always made up to create more drama to get more money. You are giving the famous person your most important commodity: your attention. More importantly: this sort of shit has zero impact on your ability to pick up heavy thing…
