Amen! Anyone else got any similar stories?First serious adult relationship, my boyfriend told me my stomach could “use some work.” This was a decade ago. I still don’t take my shirt completely off during sex. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 06/07/20 06:38 PM
What’s your enneagram?I have only ever received the tritype enneagram: types 2-4-6 And my mbti is INFP | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 16/03/20 10:28 PM
How can men get out of this vicious cycle?Because oftentimes, women undertake men as projects hoping that the fact that they improved their lives means the man will stick around. I’m not sure that ever really works out. Usually if the woman does put in that extra effort, she ignores herself and her needs. I don’t see too many men doing this either. They typically want a woman to be the full package knowing they have nothing to give in return. | /r/askFDS | 16/03/20 02:05 AM
Male Friends?I only have one true male friend who I met in college and neither of us are attracted to the other in any capacity. Before, I used to have other male “friends,” but they weren’t true friends to me and would be sexually suggestive. I can’t be bothered with that kind of situation. | /r/askFDS | 16/03/20 02:02 AM
How does anyone see this and like/share it cause they think it’s cute? BarfffffI was just about to comment this. They start implanting this idea in our heads when we are young. Like putting ourselves, our needs, and our feelings last is the way to attain “true love & happiness.” It’s in those damn romcom movies, romance books, and almost every love song. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 13/03/20 11:56 AM
There is ZERO benefit to having a crush. Eliminate your feelings/attraction towards them. You can subtly give them signals, but don't pursue or idealize them.I don’t think I’ve ever needed to read something more than I needed to read this. I idealize men all the time! Only to end up disappointed and heartbroken. So happy I joined this sub!! | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 10/03/20 10:18 PM
Since employing FDS I am just... so much happierSame! It’s been a part of my overall effort to improve my health and recover from depression! Trying to fill the void with men was just making things worse for me. Now I’m just focusing on myself. It’s easier when I see that most of the men I involved myself with weren’t worth the energy or time. Cheers to healing & happiness! | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 01/02/20 07:52 PM
Fine, and you?I honestly have a response in my Notes ready to go. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 03/10/19 09:12 PM
