-5	What a lot of guys don't understand about Social Circle Game is that there are 3 parts to it. 1) Meeting new people. 2) Getting to know them. 3) Then they introduce you to their friends. (Field Report) Yeah, you basically avert your focus from thoughts to anything really, the environment, a person, words someone is saying, etc. You observe without judgement (i.e. without generating more thoughts based on the observation).
