Many men going through or coming off of divorce suffer from serious (and potentially life-threatening) anxiety and depression. For those issues, exercise absolutely can help. It can also help restore confidence. It won’t solve every issue, but it certainly help a myriad of issues.

Totally agree. And I think you hit on the better solution. Exercise. And that might start with a walk around the block and then building up speed and the length of the walk as time goes on.

Forgive my naïveté, but I would’ve thought that if the mediator accepted more money from your ex (basically accepting a bribe) that that would’ve been highly unethical. Even if the mediator isn’t an attorney, I’d imagine they’d still need to be licensed and accredited and follow a certain set of ethics. As I start down this path, that would be helpful to know.
