Aggression and hostility are the main things I hated about male friendships growing up. I want friends who lift me up, not put me down. I really don’t think insulting others is a trait that’s intrinsic to men, or something we should celebrate. I can see the value in overcoming a challenge, but humans are pack hunters. We are more successful when we work together. We’re made to feel empathy for one another and receive positive emotional feedback when we help others.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
