Video games are a waste of time when they consume your life. When you start thinking about the game while doing other things, or in the shower, etc. is when you know you have a problem. They give you a false sense of achievement. You think you've grown, but in reality, all you've done is sit in a chair for 6 hours. Speaking from experience. Quitting playing LoL after 3 years of playing at a high level.

I wanted to say this but was afraid of the Rippetoe circlejerk. Do not do Stronglifts/SS exclusively. If you want the V/abs that everyone desires, you must add accessory exercises. Phraks Greskull LP is great. I actually even reduced Squats to once a week. It all depends on your goal. If you want to wear skinny jeans, doing squats 3x a week isn't helping your case. 3 months of SL and I was struggling to fit into my jeans, even though my waist had lost an inch. I hate gross generalizations like this. The fact is some people are better at some things than others, regardless of their sex. There are thousands of women who are better communicators, runners, swimmers, chefs, lawyers, doctors, coders etc. than their male counterparts, and there are also thousands of men who better at women at these things. Anecdotal evidence from user posts on here doesn't mean anything.

I agree. But, the important thing is to take everything with a grain of salt. After all, everything here is still just an opinion, just like feminism's ideals. What you want to believe, comes from your ability to discern the stuff worth reading and absorbing and the stuff that is just nonsense. My strategy on this sub is to read and take notice of what is useful, and filter out the white noise. Looking for TRP endorsed tags is an easy way.

I just made some delicious mushroom, broccoli, green pepper and onion stir fry. Had it with some perfectly cooked seasoned chicken. I've never cooked a breast to this level of perfection before. It was a glorious 45g of protein.

Don't buy into that nonsense. You can be an ugly motherfucker, but if you dress well you've already won half the battle. Count you calories. Estimate your TDEE (Energy you need daily, it will be around 2000 cal), and eat at a calorific deficit. Eat less food thatn you need, and your body will obtain the extra required energy from stored food (i.e. fat). 200 - 300 cal deficit should be enough. More than 500 cal below your TDEE gets dangerous.
