That implies that relationships are all about looks. I mean either way she (her and the other guy actually) are totally wrong for cheating but there are many reasons a relationship can fail and good looks can't always save them. Plus they shouldn't. Thats unhealthy for both people.

She actually confessed. Her attorney argued that confessions (that otherwise would never happen unless the person has a change of heart) should not be heavily punished. Looks like it's some kind of verbal abuse type of show. You're supposed to be able to take it. I know for a fact she was told not to physically touch anyone. Once she hit him he hit her back and then got attacked by the crowd. He sued and won. Not saying he should have hit her back per say but she should not have touched him and he was in the right to defend himself. That lady's a cunt.

I absolute love that show. I was the exact same way with my appreciation towards it, but now a-days every time it comes on I'm smiling and laughing all the way through. The only episodes that are a drag are the 'serious' episodes about his family.

A plea bargain is a quick and easy way out of the laborious court process. More than likely the DA will give you a pretty good deal, and you might even walk away with no charges (if you keep your nose clean). When you fight the charge via trial (even if you're in the right) you may loose everything and be found guilty. In most cases a plea will get rid of the charge, even if it means saying you were guilty.

Wow, what a load of bullshit and misinformation you're spreading. You 'could' always strike a deal with the DA and get a lower sentence. I.E felony to misdemeanor, misdemeanor for probation (and then wiped off your record). The judge reserves the right to set allotted jail time, probation time, etc. They simply have to keep the time whiten the maximum - this includes cost penalties. If you're convicted of a class A misdemeanor, the judge could sentence you to 364 days in prison, or he could put …
