Doesn't sound like a loser to me, bro. A loser is someone who doesn't try to make changes.

I've found writing true affirmations is actually quite helpful, but writing false ones actually detracts from progress. So, if you're working on confidence, writing/saying "I am becoming more confident" rings true, but saying "I am confident" might create a self-doubting effect! Just my 2c

I feel like a lot of this is nebulous. "just stop needing validation". It's easier said than done to rewire habits that have been reinforced since childhood. However, I am extremely passionate about doing the rewirement work! I'm just looking for suggestions as to how to get to the point of internally validating, and being okay with walking away.

Oh absolutely it should come from within but everytime I hit a goal I don't particularly savor it. It's like "ok cool I did that thing, whatever."

What the other poster said. Passion about things that aren't women is very sexy.

I think it's weird they can have so much pride but not be proud of who they are, just proud of their opinions that they aren't good enough.

My attitude is still attached to my super hot ex. "I'll never get a girl that hot again" is my main limiting belief. Are you saying just go talk to girls that hot? Makes sense. I meditate 30 mins a day and write in my gratitude journal multiple times a week. I also went sober six months ago. Still pretty unhappy, but I think at this point it's chemical. So how do you approach during covid times? Plus how can I know if they have a good...bottom half of their face lol I feel like not putting girls…

Some of my biggest problems are that I have a pathological tendency to put attractive women on a pedestal and that I have a stunted ability to take interest in people for who they are. I feel this so bigtime. Any advice on how to move past this?

Honestly, I don't think that's entirely a joke. My success online is very different from the success I have in person, and the quality of women I pull is also very different. In all honestly, white girls IN GENERAL don't like Asian guys. It's something I've had to overcome. Sometimes it's a fun challenge, other times it's a frustrating obstacle, but I can't change who I am, and I certainly can't be ashamed of it.

I guess I was referring to the stuff from the medkit: I think we should leave together for the sake of the other women here…you’re making them look ugly You’re so beautiful; I’ve forgotten my chat-up line That dress would look great…in a crumpled heap on my bedroom floor There must be something wrong with my eyes; I can’t take them off you Well, here I am! What are your other two wishes? Etc. It might not be what you use, but you suggest them to your newbies. What if all that's in my mind is "yo…

I've watched a lot of your videos, and read the newsletter. How do you get into state? I have trouble spewing the canned lines you've given us, they feel so cheesy, but they work for you. Any suggestions?

This doesn't sound fake, it just doesn't really seem like an FR to me. You didn't go out as an attempt to hit on girls, you just went to a party and ended up with a great girl. Quality line, though. Fucking great story though, and she sounds like a keeper.

I personally wouldn't straight-up say a girl isn't an 8 or 9, it's just not my style. Maybe something more subtle but worded the way earlier just makes me sound like a guy that is only interested in people's looks

I got called out once, when I wasn't even trying to hit on a girl. She was maybe a 7 and I just had her come over because we truly wanted an opinion on something. It was pretty organic, then along the line I poked fun at her saying she looked jacked and could probably beat my buddy up. "Was that a neg? Have you read the game?" I mean, of course I have, but I wasn't actively trying with this girl. Which sucks, because I was just trying to make conversation and be myself and she really thought I w…

Don't worry I can comment search. I saw some of Sasha's stuff it's sort of out there and not my style but I guess it's worth a try. I did use the "who's the lucky guy?" line on a girl and she said "YOU ARE!"

Have you been to a hardcore metal show? I'd argue that it's much, much harder. First off, you can't talk to the girl. We were in the pit, surrounded by guys, all of them trying to separate me from her. Not only did it require being alpha in a social setting, it required being a sort of primal alpha. As a skinny half-Asian dude surrounded by large metalheads...well, I'm glad I had a couple drinks in my system. Did the whole Mystery hand-hold test, knew it was on, then made sure she stayed close t…

Yes. I guess not so much wrong, as it's been proven women have a predisposition to like their own race, but myopic about yourself being able to overcome it.

As a half-Asian, half-American, I can tell you that you're wrong, and that you just need to up your game. Appearance/race matters so much less than strong game. So, yes, it is you. Yes, it is your personality. Sure, it has to do with race, but if your personality is appealing than your looks don't matter. If you DHV, there is no reason why you should be "that Asian dude". Also I doubt this. I just do. I've never seen this, even though "all" of my white friends "know" some Asian dude getting a lo…

There are some good confidence-boosting materials out there, I think one was suggested in Magic Bullets. I honestly can't remember, it was one of those tracks you listened to where a guy talked to you and trippy music played in the background and he went "you own the world" etc etc...wait, maybe they were suggested in Style's "rules of the game". I'd have to dig that book up though, and I'm a bit busy right now. Sorry I can't be more help. Remember, if you fail, you fail, there are more girls ou…

One basic rule of pickup is you shouldn't work in areas you frequent, because some backfires can end up as creepy. For example, a girl who you're in class with...imagine blowing an opener, and having to see the HB every day for a semester. Or failing miserably with some girl in your apartment's elevator, only to run into her when doing laundry. ckdCosmo4805 (I doubt it's Cosmo from the show, but that would be classic) said it well: don't shit where you eat.
