I know it’s cliche advice from normies to incels, but have you been to therapy? OCD is a pretty tough mental illness to live with (I have it too), and you are having obsessive, intrusive thoughts that you want to stop having. Maybe you need the help of a professional. You’ve already had sex with three women who found you attractive. Whether that’s based on your looks or personality I can’t say, but obviously there’s hope for the future of your sex/dating life.
