i found that if you are professional where it counts you can be as silly, flirty, easygoing as you like. especially in "professional" environments people crave a little entertainment. i always made it a point to have a good time with my employees, bosses, colleagues, the canteen lady, whatever. sure, sometimes you have to remind people that there are limits, you are gonna have some conflicts that wouldn't have arisen had you been "professional" but those situations are intellectually challenging…
