Sorry for the naivety, we're young and have never dealt with anything like this before. I also don't lurk on this subreddit much, I just figured people on here might be knowledgeable about father's rights (if there are any) when it comes to child support. I'm just trying to explore all options ahead of time so we're prepared for the best possible outcome if she does file for child support. If it does happen, we will definitely talk to a lawyer.

Thanks. Just to clarify, at the moment GI Bill is his only source of income, so I'm wondering if she would have to wait until he has income from a job to get any child support. Also, he has no interest in being this child's father. He has no interest in having children ever. I have a feeling this won't effect child support at all though.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
