5	How to get rid of blackpill mentality at 18 yo Hey man, thanks for this insight. The thing is, I would have 100% accepted the black pill if not for certain encounters I've witnessed. For example, the guy in my class is my closest mate and he is an absolute alpha. Self employed at 18 and just brought a brand new mercedes. He is also an absolute demon with girls, all the girls in our class lick their lips at the sight of him, his presence is felt in every room. What does he look like? 3	How to get rid of blackpill mentality at 18 yo Yo, 174lbs at 5'11 is definitely not amazing. It took a lot for me to get here, the first two weeks of my bulk I was basically eating to the point where I'd throw up until my body adjusted. Although I am pretty lean at the moment, I have also gained some fat which was pretty necessary. I would assume my BF percentage is around 13-15%.
