7 ways to be happyI've had multiple shots at meditation and it didn't work(guess I'm the fat guy lol). What are your tips? How do you meditate? I tried either focusing on my breath or thinking of nothing. Everytime I find myself a tiny amount more refreshed but that fades away extremely quick. | /r/TheRedPill | 23/02/21 11:25 AM
Understanding workplace social dynamics. How to use them to your advantage?Thank you very much, perfect comment, exactly the type of advice I was looking for. | /r/askTRP | 27/01/21 06:19 PM
Understanding workplace social dynamics. How to use them to your advantage?Yeah, you're right. Maybe I didn't express myself correctly. What I meant is they clearly should be promoted (not to a leading position, but from Junior to Senior developer for example) and get a better paycheck and they are not. | /r/askTRP | 27/01/21 05:33 PM
How are you guys leveling up during this time?Quarantine was also a gift to me. Why? Because it made me face the ugly fucking truth. I had a lot more time on my hands as a student and I was doing.... Nothing. Doing bare minimum to pass Uni, besides that nothing. I kicked myself in the ass, grabbed myself the neck and slowly went monk mode. So I level myself up by: Reading TRP. I understand human nature and women much better because of it. Also it made me realize how important it is to be the best man you can be. Reading more books. Lifting,… | /r/askTRP | 24/01/21 08:56 PM

The son i didn't know i had, may be....Din "coaie" in "sir", hai ca e bine :)). O tin pe engleza ca suntem pe reddit international. I don't really understand why would Romanian girls be any different than any other girls. My assumption is that you're thinking because they come from a rather poor environment (comparing to more developed countries) they have a gold digger mentality and don't really give a shit about you as long as you get them out of the struggle. While this could be true, that's not a Romanian trait, it's just people … | /r/askTRP | 11/01/21 12:30 PM

2020 a Year in Reflection - Share your greatest lessons of the year.Great topic. Here are some of my learned lessons: There are no shortcuts Sacrificing yourself doesn't necessarily come from great morals. Lots of times it comes from people who don't value themselves Never show weakness 4.(somewhat tied to 3) people appreciate more effortless success(or talent) rather than hard working, self made men As people, we are heavily biased (read Thinking fast and slow) Curious to see what others have to say. EDIT: I'm on phone. Is this comment formatting fucked up or i… | /r/TheRedPill | 04/01/21 04:20 PM
Transitioning from Redpill false hopeMy man I haven't said height doesn't matter. I actually said the opposite, it does matter. BUT it's not end all be all as you make it seem. You completely missed the point of my message if that's all that you took from it. EDIT: and don't tell me your time bettering yourself did nothing. That's utter bullshit. You're either a troll or not actually putting in the work. 2nd EDIT: I just looked through your profile and it's filled with such posts. In case you're not trolling: you need to get out of… | /r/askTRP | 09/12/20 05:13 PM
Transitioning from Redpill false hopeNot one to comment often here but.... I love how you are so damn well prepared with scientific facts and arguments to sustain your story. You seem like you're spending quite some time on this. Now imagine spending that time on actually bettering yourself? Listen. I know life is harsh, considering what you said about yourself, although I'm not in the same boat(I do have my shit cards, just like everyone else) Life fucking sucks and is unfair. Yes you have to work harder than others. But what's be… | /r/askTRP | 09/12/20 09:12 AM

is nofap worth it?I think it is, yes. I am on a 2 years streak. I am much more sociable( I went from avoiding people in small situations to wanting to interact everytime), my mood is better, it gives me confidence because I know I can control myself, I'm not a monkey driven by instincts. My discipline is better. Now I would be lying if I said all these(and other) benefits are just no-fap. Yes, no fap is good, it helps. Combine that with something else (gym, working towards a clear goal, becoming better at a skill… | /r/askTRP | 04/11/20 09:45 AM
What skills can I learn at 17 years old to make me some money, perhaps make a business out of in the future? There's multiple languages in programming (i.e C#, C++, Python, JavaScript etc) and while you can do (mostly) the same stuff in each language, just in different ways, some languages are known for being used in certain areas and have more or less demand. For example: Python is mostly for Data Science, Machine Learning and such. JavaScript is for web stuff. Probably the most wanted language. C/C++ is very low level, which makes it super fast, but also really easy to fuck up(a reason why lots of pe… | /r/askTRP | 04/11/20 09:20 AM
Oneitis asked why I deleted her. How to respond? Also a beginner in TRP ways. I see people recommending not replying. Since they still see each other face to face, most likely she'll ask about that again(and probably why you left her with seen). How would you handle it then? | /r/askTRP | 04/11/20 09:11 AM
Red Pillers who are 30+ if you were in your 20's what would you do differently?I'm thinking of learning and instrument too. I'm genuinely curious, how does it carry over? | /r/askTRP | 23/10/20 07:12 AM
What do you do when you temporarily lose your drive?Shit it's almost like I partially wrote this 😂. Also on an internship (which fucking sucks because It's not in the area I want to go(web dev)) from home. At work I pretty much do nothing to be fair, which most times is worse than doing something. I feel like doing nothing makes me less energetic and leaves me with no will. Yeah I guess more activity will be good for you. I try to set small goals(like learn 30 minutes) each day. Even though it's not much, they add up. And it's so much more likely… | /r/askTRP | 20/10/20 12:32 PM

What are some of the "Great Minds" of History that every man should read?Well not Mozart, I'm not interested in music. Maybe I haven't phrased my question correctly. I'm talking about reads that will improve your life(think stoicism) | /r/askTRP | 08/10/20 08:12 AM
