Social media for females is the equivalent to porn for males. It excites the brain for a dopamine dump, but it is not a real physical reaction. Getting in the feels.

Wish I could still do mornings. Made me refreshed and pumped for the day. I have to stick to afternoons now. I have to be at work by 0530 am. So morning gym time would be at 0400, tried it, and my day started to suffer.

I cringed while reading. Ooof, man... Focus on yourself for now and leave this all behind. Also, don't get engaged unless you like feeling paranoid. Get your own house in order (monk mode) and don't come out until you have perspective on the situation (you got out intact and you owe nothing).

Fascinating. Thanks for sharing this insight, it holds more weight knowing that you have been on both sides of the fence. Good to hear you are on your way back to masculinity. Serious question, now that you are literally becoming more of a man everyday, has the mental illnesses associated before been easier to deal with?

This is a great post. I agree there is too much self masturbatory material going on currently. This here shows the scientific proof of the sexes (yes there are only two) and their natural state imperative; Men tend toward culture/nation building while women are maintainers from the social aspect.

I bought and read The Rational Male when I was struggling with WTF is happening in male/female dynamics. I appreciated the succinct and well written information. It made the pill much easier to swallow with facts and a calm no emotions explanation of what was happening.

Its all relative. Check out Nick Santonastasso. His Instagram is @Nicksanto534. One arm and no legs and he is doing bench and tire flips. The point is that you need to look past your mental limitations.

"I'm over a decade older now and never regretted a day in the gym." This is true, I have never regretting going to lift/work out, but I regret times I didn't go.

This is absolutely spot on. After I had taken her off the pedestal and never walk into her frame I realized I lost romantic love, but it is the better and only alternative if you want to maintain a LTR.

For me a lot of the anger comes from the other women (friend) who is helping her potential branch swing. I know from experience that 2 or more women alone together are incredibly different and downright malicious to others behind their back.

Let Sweden burn, let Europe fail, let America waste away.... I will enjoy the decline with a sprightly smirk. Why? Because its all too little too late. I'll take a page from emperor Nero and put on shades and just watch.

Just a question, but why would you purposefully disrupt a committed pair?

Agree with what most of the others are saying on here. Just an FYI, there is no such thing as a break. She lost the feels and it is over. Go dark triad and fuck one of her friends ;)

"Personally, I feel equally rested after sleeping with a girl for 6 hours than after sleeping alone for 9 hours." Not for me. Best sleep I get is alone. I can get up and do my routine without interruption of some small talk.

No conspiracy. However, just like the Romans and their water pipelines were made out of Lead and that caused many brain and health issues. Their society at the time had no idea it was a problem.

Why are you reading "Thought Catalog"? Its a bunch of millennial self masturbatory posts. Its like reading the Qu'ran and saying "Aha, they call for jihad against all infidels!" Yeah we know.

I believe the coloring book part. There are coloring books for adults that are on amazon. And my hand to God a female engineer in my department has one because "it helps release stress and she can focus easier".

Good post and it reminds me of the essay from Jack Donovan "Violence is Golden". http://www.jack-donovan.com/axis/2011/03/violence-is-golden/

“2) TV shows and movies will become unwatchable. Your awareness will inevitably make you recoil in anger at nearly every movie and nearly every time you turn on the TV…” This right here. Once the switch was flipped I cannot enjoy the majority of mainstream movies and TV, but you are right about more time to put into real achievements and personal improvement. I actually got rid of cable, now if i want something to watch there is Netflix or Amazon Prime.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
