107	"You're raping me" Completely misinterpreted laws, too. Article 4 is about how a citizen of any state is afforded the same rights as any citizen of the state they're currently in, regardless of whether it is their state of residence or not. It also covers travel and import/export between states as well as extradition between states. The "free inhabitants" basically means any real citizen of the US, slaves not included (this being 1777).
