That's a good idea. I was thinking more of washing pillow cases. If you're willing to spend some money, buy extra pillow cases, they are sold separately. Buy a hypoallergenic pillow cover. Change pillowcase at least once a week, Spray pillow down with 50/50 vinegar/water solution, allow to dry. Wash the cover every month or so and the pillow when you feel like it. General cleanliness has a big impact on acne. Keep your hands out of your mouth, keep your hands and nails washed, shower before bed and change your sheets often. Your face lays on your pillow every night for at least a few hours, best that it's free of anything that will bother your skin.

My kids (3) co-slept because my wife breastfed. I didn't like it but I knew I wanted them to be healthy. My boys each breastfed for two years. After they were a year old they moved to their own bed, own room. I personally feel 7 months is too young, but I'm not offering advice just experience. In a few months your baby won't need to feed at night therefore they won't need to sleep next to mom anymore. Depends on how much you make. If you aren't looking at 45k+/year you pry won't be able to go out four nights a week. Jersey City is right next to a booming night life. Cab ride to Hoboken is around $15 one way and from there you are a path ride to the city.
