I’m saying that a clitoral hood, while functionally different, is still essentially a foreskin. 3	Paternity Tests, why is it so taboo? Simple analogy for this. If I leave a baby on your doorstep without your knowledge, will you raise it to adulthood or bring it somewhere to make it someone else’s problem?
