You do have the right to an education, states have laws about what you can be suspended for and some are very specific. The events of the first Avengers leads to Tony's PTSD/paranoia which is half the plot of Iron Man 3. His actions/responsibility for Ultron leads to his position in Civil War. It's kind of stretched out, but he shows some measure of meaningful character development in most of the movies he's in. Compare him in Iron Man 1/2 to in Civil War or Spider-Man. A lot of characters' development is pretty shallow and static though.

Cis-gendered would be the the opposite of trans-gendered, you are a man born with male parts or woman born with female parts. The term was invented because describing a cis-gendered person as 'normal' or 'default' etc. was deemed as offensive to trans-gendered people. And then some people think that the more 'privileged' adjectives they can describe you with, the less your opinion or experience matters.

I think that this is the thing that many people playing the 'Oppression Olympics' refuse to consider, they see something like a gender role limiting them and assume that the other side is 'privileged,' and never accept that it is often similarly limiting.

Unless you want something like regular MRIs and psychological evaluations to determine when individuals are treated as fully formed adults, then we are left with basing things on the observed majority. EDIT: and this paper shows a number of direct correlations of traits and development of the frontal cortex extending into the early 20s.
