Agreed in some cases im sure it's gone the wrong way. However I can fully sympathise when these poor women who go through years of abuse then snap and kill their husbands in their sleep

Indonesian immigration is corrupt as fuck though. When i was backpacking myself and a friend were forced to pay an immigration officer $50 to allow us into Bali. Instantly made us untrustworthy of most locals

I was more hinting at the qualification difference.. Technically they can both be done by either party but it still wouldn't be ok to do due the lack of qualification.

how hard is it to understand? the man does not have a "magic stamp" (qualification) saying he is allowed to cut a females hair. I'm sure a butcher could do a pretty good job of amputating someones leg but he sure as hell isn't qualified to do it
