They didn't create everything around us. They also contributed a lot. Hyperbolic statements on both sides suck.

I think you're cute. Also they are spot on with most of what they said. I called you a cuck because you sound like an emasculated man whose tenious grasp of institutional sexism manifests as impotent rage (or fear turned rage) that spews out drivel. Perhaps that other comment was projecting a bit. The only thing you said that was right was sexism doesnt solve sexism. But don't let that get you in a tizzy, because clearly you have an inflated sense of self. Everything you said in that above parag…

I do love the use of tenuous and impotent here. The first sentence is also rather funny. All assumptions dressed up as declarations. Ultimately they just comes off as posturing. This is the sort of arrogance I remember somewhat having in my 20s. But your desperation is a tad bit more pabable.

This is a really near-sighted and ignorant comment. If you think 30 something years is enough to change several decades of hundreds of years of systematic down putting women youre a cuck. Bro as one guy to another fuck off ...that being said this bitch is fat and ugly...have a good day

when he said that I got pretty upset. That is just a baseless claim. If she broke her arm there is no way she is acting like that.

My god - there are real fucking problems people have with cops - this is clearly not one of them. I understand the concern by the citizens - but bravo to the cop for taking the time to speak to those same people. He should be commended.

You wrote a lot to say a little. The article that was posted to begin this thread is from a woman who had a non evasive cosmetic surgery in a hospital carried out by a doctor. The conditions must have been clean and sterile as she would have undoubtedly mentioned any complications. This removal I what can be deemed excess skin is nowhere near the full removal of the clit which is the case for most FGM. More so the norm for FGM is use of non sterile instruments in terrible condition often carried…

There are going to be plenty of similarities since it's circumcision. The difference is how the practice is carried out and most importantly male circumcision is a minimal cosmetic surgery, however FGM doesn't just remove the excess skin over the clit but removes it altogether. This is done so women can't feel pleasure during sex. Does that answer your question?

Except the whole violation of human rights, grievous bodily harm and life-long genital dysfunction. show me where this is the norm of circumcision. Because thats the norm for FGM. Most circumcisions (especially the ones this article is referencing) are in a hospital, administered by a doctor and are born of cleansing tradition, much like in Islam - you shave a baby's hair after seven days because its "dirty hair". However most FGM is carried out by not-qualified people in unsanitary conditions u…

Severity is more than relevant. Ignoring the degrees of which this is carried out is completely ignorant. I agree that right to bodily integrity is the umbrella term, but don't tell me being circumcised in a hospital by a doctor is the as damaging as the methods used in FGM. There is a reason one why one is almost universally banned and the other one is a blog post by a mother.

hahah grow up. I like how you point out my opinion is irrelevant. I myself said those opinions are besides the point - so thank you for agreeing w me. The actual point was this is not half as controversial or terrible as the article and a select few are trying to make it seem. FGM is ten times worse so please check your 1st world morality at the door. The best part of this is you are so childish you can't accept my opinion is as much a valid as your own. You can call it repulsive - which of cour…

I think calling it mutilation is a bit dramatic. FGM is mutilation, this is not even comparable. However that of course is your opinion, much like mine is its minimal in comparison to the plethora of Men's Right issues.

If I have this wrong please let me know but - this is about the common procedure of circumcision right? If so my statements means - my parents decision to circumcise me literally doesn't/ hasn't crossed my mind once - ever. One a side note I am very happy not having the hood, but that's besides the point. This article sounds like a mother with too much time on her hands. And if anything her parenting will be more damaging by putting such importance on granular details that literally will have mi…

And you just revealed the type of person you are... Edit - and not to be mistaken. I think this article is a joke, but my reply was not meant to be comical. I am very happy sans hood. For whatever reason my parents had when choosing this - it bothers me very little. In the larger scheme - this is no where near FGM or other practices. If anything this article reeks of a self-important mother w too much time on her hands. I feel bad for her sons because her type of mothering will be twenty times m…
