I'm pretty sure she's going to get off. First she said she didn't hear her backup or the stinging being deployed. Then she somehow knew he was on PCP even though she never got with 15-20 feet of him and his hands were up. With him testing positive for drugs, it'll be more about whether she was out of control/can't handle the job rather than the manslaughter.
