Oh yeah! I noticed that too. As if women from dating apps aren’t the same women they see out and about everyday.

Reason #406 I’m staying away from dating apps 😒

I’m working on my credit, starting a new job soon with higher paying salary, and staying celibate!

I’m a flight attendant and I can tell you that even if the pilot profiles are real, stay far, far away. I can go into all the drama I’ve seen involving my coworkers and pilot relationships but it would literally take all day. Just do yourselves a favor and stay away from them. The reason why pilot profiles went down during the pandemic was because they were furloughed and at home with the wife or girlfriend.

I’d rather live in my car or in a women’s shelter than take any of these men up on their offer. Ew, no thanks.

If she’s in Norway, she’s gonna have a bad time. It’s practically cultural to go 50/50 in Scandinavia at this point.

I got my menarche at 13, despite being overweight. I was overweight and invisible for most of my teen years. I dropped about 40 lbs around 22 because my bf who would later become my husband said I was “a bit fat”. When I dropped the weight, it suddenly became a free for all on my body. Men were constantly commenting on my body, especially older men. Women rarely made comments except to congratulate me for losing weight. But here’s some comments I received from men once I lost weight: “Wow, you’r…

Yup. The woman he cheated with is almost never an upgrade from the wife or gf. It just proves that a cheater will cheat with anyone, no standards.

Yeah at first I thought it was that joking thing English people do by taking the piss out of each other. But looking at his face and body language it becomes clear that he just has nothing but contempt for her.

Brand new iPad, laptop, PS4 and games. Also, since I traveled so much for my job, I would constantly bring him treats and little gifts from the places I visited. Leather goods from Italy, candy from France, clothes and accessories from Denmark and Sweden. Beside that, I also paid every last cent for his green card applications and visas. Never again.

Y’all, I went to a fantasy draft pick party with my ex one time. There were legit charts and graphs. One dude even made look alike SIMS of each guy in the group and had them play out wrestling matches. The only reason it was bearable for me was the awesome bbq and alcohol.

This is true. My mom worked for child protective services for 20 years and she was all too aware of the way men would use desperate and drug addicted mothers to get close to their children. After my mom divorced my father, she stayed single and never let a man into our house. I’m really grateful for that.

I’m 34, just got divorced. I’ve come to the conclusion that any high value man out there worth dating is already married or in a committed relationship. And most women know when they’ve got a good man so those high value men won’t be single any time soon. Now I just want to focus on being more independent and leveling up my career. I’m preparing for my future alone.

I don’t believe there’s anything sex negative about this. I enjoy sex, but I don’t enjoy it with strangers. I also enjoy having my body loved and respected. No man will ever choke or hit me during sex. It’s just demeaning.

Probably for the best that she dumped him. It’s better to get dumped right before the wedding than go through a divorce.

I swear my head will explode if I see another “women should ask men out” type thread. I always go in there to reply no, and there’s at least five pickme ladies talking about how they asked their guy out and now they have the perfect relationship. My eyes roll so hard they fall out of my head and I have to pick them up off the floor.

The only thing I can think of is that maybe he realized his mistakes with you and doesn’t want to repeat them with his new gf. Perhaps that’s optimistic of me. It doesn’t mean she is any better than you. Just means he knows what he did wrong and he doesn’t want to burn this new bridge.

There’s a channel on YouTube by a Dr. Ramani Durvasula, who is an expert on narcissism. I watched her after my separation from my ex and she helped me understand so many things about my ex-husband and the way he treated me. Turned out he’s a textbook narcissist, and everything he did to hurt me was calculated and not done in ignorance. Realizing that helped me so much. I would just sit there and cry and wonder “how could he do this to me, his wife?”. And the answer was that he just wanted to con…

Each of those women is a 9-10, and the guys who rated them low would be lucky to even be spit upon by them!

Not my story, but a former friend’s. I was best friends with a girl way back when. I was 19 or so and she was a few years older. She had a boyfriend of about a year who also became my friend. Their relationship was some kind of fucked up. Basically my friend would tell me that if her bf wouldn’t propose by the time she was 25, then she was leaving him. Well, 25 came and went. No proposal, but she never left. Soon after, she actually went out and bought herself an engagement ring and then told al…

This was a good 50% of my marriage. I swear that man was a selective listener. If it didn’t involve his immediate interests, it was in one ear and out the other. This concludes my bitch session.

I grew up without a father, and my mom stayed single while raising me and my sister. I hate when people bitch about single moms. My mom made so many sacrifices for us and she struggled so much. It wasn’t her fault that my dad was addicted to heroin and went to prison.

And then men think we're over reacting when we tell them that we have to guard ourselves against being raped and murdered, but it's like....dudes, this happens all the time.

To be fair, I have seen some incredibly attractive men in their 40s and 50s, but I also work with a lot of European men who take better care of themselves. Too many American men just don’t put in the necessary effort to look good. I’ve had a skin care regimen since I was 13. I work out at least 5 days a week. I spend way too much money on my hair and makeup. Is it too much to ask for the same effort from men?

I’m on bc, even though I’m not sexually active, and I have to say I love it. I was having horrible cramps the first few days of my period, plus headaches, and the pill really helps. However I know it’s not for everyone. There’s so many horror stories out there. My cousin had a stroke and almost died because of the pill. We each have to do what’s best for us individually.

If men can have a female sex-bot then why can’t I have a male one? If we’re all just looking for sex toys here, that can go both ways.

Thank you for giving examples of coercion. I realize now how much my ex used to coerce me into sex. Almost all the time.

I'm 33, recently divorced. I live with my mother now, but I've lived alone, with my ex-husband, and with house mates. My mom is retired, so I help her out financially. I don't think a man would care much about my living situation and if he does, screw him.
