1	How has the redpill ideology negatively affected your life? HVW content and FDS forums have led me to a complete mistrust of men. It has shaped the way I view relationships including my own (I no longer participate in these communities but many of its discourse haunts me still to this day). Also have lost a lot of confidence in myself for not being valuable enough, a dream girl to a high value man.
