disclaimer: im looking at crime rates of 2012 and population of 2017, so the stats may be off by a bit. Side note, i took in count the races' population when comparing them to each other. get stopped or frisked, or get pulled over because they were driving in a "wrong neighborhood". i haven't seen this happen many times tbh.
