It sounds like the girls you're interested in are leading any interaction. Make the effort to lead and show interest yourself. If someone treats you like an object (dance, monkey, dance!), respond with something that says you're a real person with value: "that is going to cost you a kiss <points at cheek>" or "I only say dirty things like that to girls I like. Why should I like you, pretty girl?"

Like seduction material, the general message is, "This is how people work. Ignore it perilously or take advantage of it." Some of the material is controversial (scapegoats vs. LMR) but all of it is driven by what works, not what is socially acceptable to talk about. I've found it all to intuitively make sense.

Irish girls will (in my experience) often respond positively to a cold approach. I think Irish culture makes guys rely on social circle game, so girls aren't used to fending off men who aren't trashed. Unfortunately they're less attractive imo.

Certainly fair. I was starting conversations with whoever was closest, working my way out of them when I got bored, but not moving on to any really new sets after the first 5minutes. The attention is nice for a while, but gets awkward and the numbers were awkward. I think bee opened me twice after I opened her.
