We're in the same boat brother I'm 26M insecure about my looks and colour and have never been in a relationship I get desperate too if I like a girl the feeling of getting things done fast which ruins the connection. I feel we can only improve our looks, earn money(that's what makes me confident to an extent) and get in better shape and approach every girl that I like or atleast start a conversation instead of just telling her my feelings. I hope things workout for both of us 🤞

I am not a therapist just a common human but I would suggest you to practice mindfullness,gratitude go in a bar or club go for social events and try to talk with people dont think they will come and talk with you mostly people are humble so there wont be much problem going to gym might help too it releases happy hormones i guarantee you will get results. But first keep good mindset that you are good human and keep growing. We all are with you of you feel like talking dm me.

Thanks for this post brother. It's like a pocket guide to do things everyday to make my life better and succedsfully find a partner. I will start to work on myself and try to find a date in next 6 months hope it happens. I will try my best to become a good person berfore finding a date.
