It was the same for me, I never thought of being with anyone else. Yet it happened. Complete your divorce and get out for the situation at hand. You will have time to reestablish a new home. Some people get over it fairly quick and start dating even before finalisation of the D, but that dsnt seem to be the case with you. Shifting countries really helped me as I got to maintain some distance from my parents who were also to some extent for the breakdown of the marriage.

I was in a similar situation six yrs back, I got a mild stroke when I got to know. My entire health was crumbling because of the stress and shock. Luckily I got a job outside my home country and left the situation. Focussed on my physical health, well being and mental health. Dragged the divorce to come to a mutually acceptable settlement. Divorce got finalized 2 yrs back Having completed the process I feel a lot better, life won't be the same again and I don't think I want to go back to a casua…

I still think abt her and the way she cheated on me. It has gotten better, but there is still a lot of resentment.
