18	Cheerios commercial doing it right The first anti-"tv ad dad" commercial I've seen! Rather than portraying fathers as useless bumbling idiots (the typical "tv ad dad"), they are portraying fathers are responsible dependable co-parents. 3	This advert puts me in a fierce rage. Am I right to think so? What do you guys think? Just because, "behind every great Christmas there's Mom...", doesn't mean there isn't also Dad. The fact that the commercial focuses on the mother doesn't mean the father isn't important. Maybe they will make another version of this ad that focuses on fathers? ... Oh wait ... 1	If there was ever a need to justify this subreddit, it is this video... I once did a small personal survey. I counted the number of commercials portraying men as stupid, lazy, ignorant, or inferior. Results: 6 out of 10 portrayed men in a negative light. Its a bloody epidemic.
