Smile when its appropriate. Smiling without a reason to smile is like laughing at jokes that aren't funny. Both parties know it's not genuine

Agreed. If you like her, make it known in some way

This is good advice. Coping like OP assuming that they're going to leave you is an L. Understanding that anything can happen and be alright with the worst outcome is good but don't go in with the expection of it. Just be detached. There are plenty of quality women that you can keep if you actually have the discipline and knowledge to vet them properly and you know how to actually keep a girl into you

Status has to do with how you are perceived in different groups and environments. If you're popular at a bar or good at a specific sport, you will do well with people at that bar or sport.

She has to purposely invest into you herself. She'll keep herself hooked. Let her do things for you when she offers and show appreciation

Would it not be better to just archive all of your posts if they're not top tier, so 0 posts? You've got real followers and leaves an air of mystery.

Cant say without seeing you. Soften your face. If you're at a bar, talk to people. Let yourself seem approachable. If walking on the street, get used to making eye contact with people. Some people may look away because they're not interested, some might be because they're nervous. Without knowing the difference, it's better for your mental to assume the latter and feel comfortable

An easy one is repeated eye contact. Its everywhere, just keep looking.

Why would they come up to the guy standing alone in the open? If you're dancing and having fun by yourself sure, but thats an answer I've given

Your example is correct. Despite that, girls, especially pairs going to a bar dressed up, are not going to catch up after 5 years. Theyre there together for attention and fun

Why would they hover around you?

Hot take, but I'd actually say women objectify men more. Its something to brag about with their friends. Like status in their group. Guys don't really compare girlfriends unless they're talking about what nice gestures they've done for them. EDIT: My point being that the difference between a 7 and 10 guy matters within their social circle

Something I've learned and this applies to anything in life. Your brain supports your behaviors. It can't make you do anything but it gives you thoughts, emotions, and physiological sensations to help you keep the habit. It thinks that's what you WANT to do. When you ignore those uncontrollable reactions and approach anyway your brain OVERTIME will rewire itself to understand approaching is the new behavior you want to do and will help you continue. Its why habits are hard to break but can be do…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
