Great post for someone who often battles against vices. If people are familiar with the design of mobile video games, the business model is all about exploiting that sense of dissatisfaction and then plugging you to pay more money to achieve that next drop of temporary satisfaction. In fact though, this is a story as old as time - the jewellery and automobile industries have known this for as long as they've been around. It's all about keeping people on that treadmill, or that hamster wheel. We …

Cannot tell if this is trolling or not... Will be kind and assume it is not, given you're admitting to being new. You got a lot to learn - first thing you need to internalise is that the battle is already lost with this one. Look up Oneitis to understand more about your situation. The second you internalised a fear of losing her or fearing her rejection, you lost your outcome independence and you lost your abundance mentality. Now the Red Pill is geared towards sexual strategy, so you will norma…

Read the situation and the girl, but 9/10 dominate and lead by face/cheek kissing (like you're european). There's always the odd girl out there who really detests it (it's demeaning blah blah) but make her feel like the odd one for backing out - then she's qualifying to you. In the whole world, the only culture I've encountered that were pretty generally not privy to it is Hong Kong, and maybe Japan. Everywhere else, if you take the lead and own what you're doing, you're good. EDIT: if it's a da…

From reflecting over the meaning of alpha, and observing natural alphas in my social circles, I have reconciled two things about being alpha. Alphas are not afraid to take what they want, and moreover are often not afraid of declaring what they want. Alphas think of everyone else Now point 2 is nuanced and it is not about being the selfless providing beta that society tells you to, but a large part of being alpha is about being a leader and commanding social power*. If you have your shit togethe…

Bit late to the party but just wanted to say that in a world where "everyone is an individual", a rule which was right even only 30% of the time is of great value to me. If I could accurately know how 3 in 10 people will behave over the random chaos of individualism, then that is a decent edge.

To be fair there is something serious here in that you don't have to be big to be strong / hard. You wouldn't mess with any of Jet Li, Bruce Lee, Conor McGregor, Floyd Maywether or Genady Golovkin and none of these guys are huge. They're ripped to shit and fitter than anyone who posts on TRP (apart from Bruce who is dead. Jet Li is pretty old too...) Personally my ideal body shape / physique is somewhere between MMA fighter and gymnast. Achieving that will lead you to being as close to your own …

BPtoRP, Thanks for the great post - this is definitely a set of values that strongly resonates with me and that I hold myself to. One thing I'd be interested in posing to you and the rest of the floor is that when I started holding myself to these values so vehemently I started to suffer socially. I found it hard to empathise with others, had less to talk about with non-RP people as I shared so little with them as a whole. It also made me, internally, extremely judgemental of people who do allow…

I wholly agree the premise of the fact that men are not interested in women who will constantly wreak havoc in your house and relationship because they are "strong and independent". That said, I've known some girls who are actually incredibly strong and independent. Physically and mentally, they can get through difficult situations without breaking down or having "anxiety attacks". They also happen to take amazing care of their bodies and are extremely devoted, dedicated and doting girlfriends/w…

I have played a LOT of videogames over the years. Probably well over 10k hours - I will be the first to wholly admit they are a waste of time. I actually think that realisation (that came as a result of wasting that time) was possibly the greatest lesson I'll ever learn in life, but that's a separate story. That said, despite being an avid self-improver and someone who now avoids playing videogames, I would warn against this hard line that RP takes against them. We encourage people to have hobbi…

First post here, have mainly been lurking. I have a question regarding this, apologies if this is meant more for an askTRP. I swallowed the pill a few months ago, and since then have been asking out a lot of girls lately via text (after taking their number from party/social group) as part of being assertive, playing the numbers game and doing what I want. A couple of times (including once after a first date) with "let's hang out again with friends X and Y" or "Can my sister come?". Following the…
